I’ll be in a remote location this week as I embrace a planned weeklong girls' trip. It's not a vacation since both will be working, her in her job and me growing my business. Packing light, staying connected, and having a flexible plan are crucial to making it work.

Efficient Travel

Forget lengthy airport layovers! I pack light and prioritize direct flights, saving time to focus on work (or explore!).

Usually, I book the earliest and most direct flight possible when flying. Leaving early allows me to get through the airport without many headaches and helps when connections are on the agenda.

When you fly with the "business" class, everyone has a goal — get to your destination as quickly as possible with little to no drama.

Smoother Security Checks

TSA PreCheck is a game-changer for the self-reliant business owner. The expedited process allows you to breeze through airport security without removing shoes, laptops, and jackets.

Breeze through security — grab your items, and off you go.

They say life begins at 40, but I’m proof it gets even better at 60—because thriving doesn’t have an age limit, and neither does dreaming big.
