This is my travel week for my girls' trip to Panama City Beach. Girls' trip is different from what you would think. Since these girls are all remote working, there will be no lazy days on the beach or long lunches.

Planning for everyone to be productive is like a weeklong game of Jenga. There are schedules to coordinate, workspaces to plan so we don't interrupt each other, and private spaces to take and hold video calls.

But we’ve made our tower as high and stable as possible.

Being a traveling entrepreneur is not as daunting a task as one would think because we have it all outlined from years of learning.

Here's what a travel week looks like:

  • Factor in layover and travel time, which usually means it's a disruptive day.
  • Acclimate to your new space, getting set up to work seamlessly.
  • Grab groceries and other essentials you'll need for the week. Order online deliveries as soon as possible.
  • Test your internet connections and head off any trouble for the week.
